What is CSMystics all about?
It started off as an idea, where we wanted to share the experiences we collectively have in the Customer Success profession.
A brainchild of Jayalal (Jay)and Sudeep KP, CSMystics started off as a casual evening discussion, about having a community for CS professionals, similar to popular global communities but from India.
Thus, in about couple of hours on the same evening, we finalised a name, bought the domain, space and a rough blue-print for the community. Well, here we are – CSMystics!
We intend to bring you original articles/blogs/write-ups, ideas, practices, tips, experiences, and resources for CS community. In addition, also include materials on Customer Success from different sources, which are otherwise limited to be consumed only by few. We believe Customer Success is in a unique position, connecting the business together with customers, products, and support. We want to help grow the CS practice through this community driven forum, where CS professionals can share their ideas, ask questions-seek inputs, and collaborate.
With this space, we would like to share, learn and experience the practice of CS together. We hope this small endeavor would help you in your journey as a CS professional.
